Our Story
In early 2010, a small management & IT consulting shop made a strategic decision to bring together all of its best resources—strong client relationships, talented technical staff, and a strong sense of values—in a new way.
The result would be a company that would support the mission of our clients, the visionary creativity of our people, and the impact on the customers who we jointly serve.
A decade in the making, this new venture became known as The Efiia Group.
Boldly named (efiia is Greek for "intelligence"), The Efiia Group comprises three distinct yet fully integrated business units:
- Efiia Consulting is our strategic consulting arm, focused on Federal government
- Efiia Creations houses the technology solutions and methodologies we develop
- Efiia Cares gives back to the community and our partners by making many of our solutions freely available
Our Philosophy and Culture
The Efiia Group makes positive connections between people and services. It's a goal that begins at the point of connection between our clients’ needs and our capabilities. We connect information with insights, mission needs with demonstrated results, and creativity with practicality.
While our philosophy is about making positive connections, our culture drives us to do whatever it takes to ensure these connections result in enhanced mission effectiveness. Our success is inextricably connected to that of our clients – and our clients' customers (the public.)
