Efiia Cares was organized and is operated to provide federal, state, and local governments with pro bono/no-cost services that assist those governments to carry-out their governmental functions in an efficient and effective manner. With capabilities in program planning, process reengineering, and technology innovation, Efiia Cares is in a position to lessen the burden on government by assisting in governmental functions on a pro bono/no-cost basis. Efiia Cares is committed to building a culture of service to the government both within its organization as well as providing a mechanism by which others can participate in service to the government on a larger scale.
We See a Bigger World
At a time when we are decreasingly separated by geographic boundaries and more rapidly able to connect and communicate on a global scale, the challenges faced by all members of our community are increasingly a shared responsibility.
We believe that we are part of a greater community than ourselves.
We Don't Just Work Here
Because our relationship with our larger community is at the core of our philosophy, The Efiia Group has launched Efiia Cares, a 501c3, not-for-profit designed to respond to areas of need in our world – specifically in our local communities around Washington DC. To put it simply, we don’t just work here, we live here too.
Efiia Cares relies on the knowledge of our own staff to identify organizations and causes that we are best able to serve with our resources, time and ideas. Additionally, we strive to make better connections between public and private sector efforts to help our community.
We Are All in It Together
We don’t consider Efiia Cares as much of a charitable entity as a reinvestment in the community that is home to us all. By sharing our resources with our neighbors and fellow citizens, we look to a building a better, stronger and more sustainable society for us all.
We currently partner with some of the largest non-profit organizations in the world, including:
- Alliance for Children and Families
- American Cancer Society
- American Red Cross
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
- Boy Scouts of America
- Boys & Girls Clubs of America
- Buffalo Veterans Treatment Court

The way we see it, sometimes you've got to give a little to get a little.
